Janitorial Services for a Medical Facility (St. Petersburg, FL)
Compensation: Base $10 up to $15 per hour, depending on level of experience. Paid weekly.

Seeking experienced cleaning INDIVIDUAL or a TEAM OF TWO for custodial/janitorial shifts in a medical facility.
Can be an individual or a husband/wife. Mother/daughter. Brother/sister. Etc.
Must have previous cleaning experience (medical, commercial), be reliable and punctual with a clean criminal background.

You must be able to work weekdays (MON - FRI) at night. Shift work typically begins after 6:00 p.m. for two to four hours.

- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and do physical work for 2 to 4 hours per night on Monday thru Friday
- Have your own reliable transportation
- Can pass a drug test and criminal background check. (If you can't, please do not respond. The medical offices will require drug/criminal check).
- Can read, write and communicate effectively in English
- Over age 25
