Looking for experienced painter, who has experience with cellulose base paints. The parts to be sprayed with HVLP equipment. The parts are clear cast acrylic panels for aerospace applications. The parts are flat and usually less that 12" square. The parts are sprayed translucent white, then black and then laser eteched. Of particular importance you will need to be able to consitantly lay down the same amout of paint each coat. If the paint thickness varies the laser etching process will not work. You will need to know how to operate a small paint booth and teach staff how to prepare surfaces for painting, mix the coating liquids, operate the spray paint guns, apply the coatings, and clean up afterwords.
