Place aluminum parts on dedicated splines and fill a rack with splines. Operate overhead hoist at a predetermined cycle for completed racks of parts. Follow work instructions and procedures from a traveler. Process jobs closely following time and temperature. Document process cycle information on job traveler. Maintain plating line by changing filters, clean work bars, clean rinses and make chemical adds to tanks for optimum levels. Adhere to ISO AS9100 procedures and compliance. Apply company policies and work on a daily schedule to keep work flowing. Must be reliable. Other duties required.
