We’re a growing coffee roasting company looking for a dependable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This is a hands-on role in our warehouse and production area, with opportunities to learn coffee roasting and take on additional responsibilities over time.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with warehouse operations and organization
- Work on production and shipping lines (packaging, labeling, fulfillment)
- Support roasting operations as you grow into the role
- Lift and move bags/boxes (active, fast-paced environment)
Requirements:
- Dependable and hard-working
- Team player with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changes
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the specialty coffee industry
