We are looking for a reliable and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Machine Operator. In this role, you’ll work with equipment such as hydraulic presses, grinders, abrasive saws, and weld cutters to produce high-quality flexible shaft components.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate production machinery to cut and assemble flexible shafts
Use small hydraulic presses to attach metal fittings
Inspect finished parts using micrometers and calipers
Accurately enter inspection results into a database
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required (Trade School or Associate degree is a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic math and computer skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
Ability to move around, bend, stoop, and use hands for repetitive tasks
Visual acuity of 20/40 or better (with or without correction); ability to distinguish colors
Schedule:
Full-time
8-hour day shift, Monday–Friday
Pay: $16.00–$19.00/hour
Location: On-site
