Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management & Receiving
Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against packing lists
Inspect items for quality and count inventory accurately
Update stock levels using company inventory software
Product Labeling & Organization
Generate and apply product labels
Maintain organized stockroom shelves and accurate inventory locations
Low Stock Alerts & Communication
Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory items
Communicate replenishment needs to the Purchasing Department
Shipping & Packaging
Prepare and pack products for outbound shipments
Ensure packages are protected, labeled, and ready for transport
Break down and dispose of packaging materials
Order Fulfillment Support
Assist with order/job processing to ensure timely delivery to customers
Machinery Operation
Safely operate stockroom equipment as trained and needed
Team Collaboration
Support coworkers and complete additional tasks to meet department goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Basic computer skills (MS Excel and MS Word)
Ability to lift 25–30 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Clear communication skills and team-oriented attitude
Prior warehouse or stockroom experience preferred
Experience with warehouse machinery a plus
Availability to work weekends if needed
Schedule:
Full-time
8-hour day shift, Monday–Friday
Work Location: In person (on-site)
