We are seeking an experienced office assistant to work with our team in the areas of answering service/support calls, scheduling jobs and projects, confirming our vendors invoices, and other duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements:
Good phone personality with Customer Service background
Excellent Data Entry Skills
Good Organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude and Enjoy helping others
Problem Solver, analytical thinker
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar or related positions
Good references
Trustworthy, good character, and integrity are all highly valued
Full Time – Starting Salary is $17-$22 depending on experience
