We are seeking for skilled Apartment Leasing Consultants, Assistant Managers and Community Managers with Conventional and/or Affordable Housing experience (Section 8/ Low Income/Tax Credit) to join our team in the Tampa Bay and the surrounding cities for temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities, offering weekly pay.
Position Overview:
Candidate will have strong sales and customer service skills, with a passion for Property Management and Leasing. This role involves:
Conduct property tours for potential residents
Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Assist in the completion of lease agreements and collect rental deposits
Maintain accurate records of prospective and current tenants in the property management system
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
Handle resident concerns and resolve conflicts professionally
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
1 year previous experience
Familiar with property management software such as; Yardi, CRM, Knock, OneSite, Rent Cafe, Blue Moon, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and guidelines
Excellent conflict management skills
Bilingual is not required, but definitely a PLUS!
Must have reliable transportation
What We Offer:
Pay Range: $18–$23/hour (Depending on Position & Experience)
