Assistant Property manager (Saint Petersburg)
Seeking enthusiastic, energetic, team player to join us as an assistant property manager. Our specialty is residential long term housing and we have been in business for over 30 plus years. We pride ourselves on high customer and client satisfaction and leverage technology heavily. As industry leaders we are looking for a long term person who can grow with the business. Duties include, but are not limited too: assisting residents and owners with questions, handling incoming phones, assisting with maintenance, reviewing applications and lease renewals, entering information into the software, fielding questions from fellow All County offices and helping where needed. Our company offers benefits after eligibility is met including paid vacation, paid Christmas break, paid holiday, medical insurance and 401K plan. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 - 5:00 pm.
