Commercial Client Service Representative
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commercial Client Service Representative. In this role, you will travel to commercial client sites nationwide to provide repair quotes, complete site inspections, and oversee technicians performing small-scale construction and repair projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to commercial properties to assess repair needs and prepare accurate job quotes.
Conduct thorough site inspections and document findings.
Manage and coordinate technicians on active job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
Communicate with clients and office staff to provide updates on project status.
Maintain professionalism and uphold company reputation while working onsite.
Qualifications:
Experience in commercial construction, facility maintenance, or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of small-scale construction repairs and job site safety.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage time, multiple projects, and teams effectively.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide to job sites.
