We are looking for a Dental Front Desk Team Member. You will act as the ‘face’ of our
company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome! You will coordinate all
front desk activities, including calls and scheduling. You should combine a pleasant
personality with a dynamic professional attitude. Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently
with complaints and has a solid customer service approach. Ultimately, you should be
able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our
customers.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls in a timely and professional manner
Ensure courteous and accurate customer service to visiting clients
Checking patients in and out
Registering new patients upon their arrival
Schedule patient appointments using Dentrix Dental Software
Collect copay payments for rendered services
Handle complaints and specific customer requests
Monitor stock and order office supplies
Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met
Ensure front desk, lobby, etc. is tidy and has all necessary materials
Skills
Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
Computer proficiency
Excellent communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Proven work experience as a Front Desk Team Member is a plus
Proficiency in Dental Software (Eagle Soft or Dentrix) is a plus
