Flexible Office Space looking for customer service/community manager.
Job Description:
To support current office users and inquiry from potential customers. Conduct office tours, explain product offering, pricing and handle membership signups and payments.
Sort and process mail and packages into customers' account.
Update activity logs, databases, and mailing lists. Maintain conference room booking calendar, restock supplies
Maintain a clean, comfortable workspace, including light duty cleaning of the workspace.
Employees will rotate between 2 locations in the South Tampa area and our downtown locations.
Qualification:
Friendly, good verbal and written communication skills, with happy to assist personality.
Good general computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing and various online applications
High school diploma required
Have reliable transportation to work.
Office schedule: 9am - 5 pm Monday to Friday, or 10 am - 6 pm Monday to Friday
Work hours: part time (20 hours a week) to full time (40 hours a week)
Pay: Starting from $12.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualification
