We are a consumer-focused law firm looking for a detail-oriented and organized Document Collection Specialist to join our team. This full-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping clients navigate financial matters while ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
This position is ideal for a mortgage loan processor or someone with experience collecting and reviewing financial documents in a professional setting.
Position Details:
Compensation: $15–$17 per hour + performance bonuses
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Location: Clearwater, FL – Convenient office location with hybrid work (3 days in-office, 2 days remote after a 45-day training period)

Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients to gather and organize required financial documents
Guide clients through the document submission process with patience and professionalism
Review submitted materials for accuracy and completeness
Follow up with clients as needed to ensure timely submission of documents
Maintain accurate records and update case management systems
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience handling financial or legal documents preferred
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Background in mortgage processing, financial services, or law firms is a plus but not required
