Cabinet Warehouse Plus is looking for a full-time office administrator for our Weeki Wachee location. Must be able to start immediately.
Must be a self-starter who can multi-task and work independently
Strong organization and communication skills
Be able to function in a fast-paced environment
Must have current QuickBooks Desktop experience
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
Must have knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory
Knowledge of remodel and/or construction industry PREFERRED
Receive and process all incoming orders
Verify customers, invoices and orders information for accuracy
Create necessary work orders for all jobs
Schedule and track all jobs in coordination with our Hudson location
Enter and pay vendor bills according to vendor terms
Create daily deposits and reports
