+Job Description & Requirements:
+7-10 years of customer service experience preferred
+Professional telephone skills
+Written and verbal communication skills needed
+Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
+Experience with CRM software. We use Housecall Pro.
+Must be comfortable being the first point of contact with clients and visitors
+Coordinate, schedule and dispatch technicians
+Problem solving & double-tasking skills
+Must be able to keep the office, files, and schedules organized with high attention to detail
+Support managers with special projects
+Some data entry required from time to time
+Must be comfortable making outbound & return calls to schedule appointments
