Summary: Individual will be responsible for coordination and execution of all Pasco EDC events; providing program support for the Pasco Economic Development staff at various levels. Additional duties include marketing support of social media, support of the entrepreneur program, as well as other duties assigned by Pasco EDC staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The list of duties and responsibilities is illustrative only and is not a comprehensive listing of all the duties and responsibilities performed by positions in this class.

Provides administrative support mainly for the President, Vice President, Directors and other managers as needed

Greets visitors to the office, answering questions, and directing guests to the appropriate staff member

Provides full administrative support and coordination for events:

o NetFest (casual networking event with average attendance of 300)

o Annual Awards (marquee annual event with average attendance over 400)

o Economic Forecast Luncheon (educational event with average attendance of 200)

o GrowPasco (entrepreneurship convention with average attendance of 120)

o Additional smaller events that support each program’s mission

Maintains and updates stakeholder records as needed through HubSpot; a client-tracking database

Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities

Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports

Assists marketing coordinator with website design and maintenance, updating flyers, and social media postings

Maintains orderliness of facility and workspace

Performs other duties of a similar nature or level as assigned
