We are looking for someone that is PC savvy and not afraid to dive in and become a part of the small office team.
Knowledge of accounts, customer service, and Pinellas county are preferred - willing to train on invoicing, routing, and accounts receivable!
We will train on company specific software and services that we offer!

Must KNOW - Microsoft Office Suite / Word, Excel, Outlook

Data entry - call notes, work orders, customer comments, email workflow
Entering service calls and customer estimate requests
General Office duties: scanning, copying, filing
