Brandon Electric is a family-owned commercial and residential electric contractor that has served Central Florida for over 25 years. We are a full-service, licensed electrical contracting company specializing in residential and commercial service, as well as new residential construction and urban infill projects.
About You:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
Manage appointment scheduling.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company's services or products via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
Multilingual abilities are a plus
Proficient in data entry and computer skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
