Real Estate Investment company Florida Gator Properties LLC Est 2003 seeks a person who is an experienced sales or marketing person to talk to property owners interested in selling their properties in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties.
Services
The acquisition manager agrees to identify, solicit, and bring real estate deals to the Company. The
acquisition manager will use their expertise, networks, and resources to ensure that potential deals are
brought to the Company for closing.
Compensation
For each deal successfully closed by the Company that was introduced by the acquisition manager, the
acquisition manager will receive a payment of 3% for licensed florida real estate agents, and $10,000 for non licensed real estate agents your choice as long as you qualify. This payment will be made on the closing date of
each deal. This applies only to off market deals in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties.
Payment Terms
Payments will be made in U.S. dollars.
Payments will be issued on or within 2 business days after the closing date of the deal.
Payments will be made via wire transfer or bank transfer.
Following instructions is a key part of the job.
We need for you to take photos of each house that you put under contract and a walk through video.
You will need to understand and use DocuSign or another form of electronic signature platform.
You will need to have the home owners the sellers sign a purchase contract.
We do provide some free tools for you to use while one other tool has a small fee of $100 per month which is required.
You will need to show the house to any potential cash buyers.
Must be motivated and have interest in helping property owners.
