We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Heat Press Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in garment decoration and a keen eye for quality. You will be responsible for operating heat press machines to apply designs, logos, and other graphics to a variety of garments. Hiring Immediately!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate heat press machinery to apply designs onto garments.
Ensure designs are properly aligned, centered, and applied according to specifications.
Perform quality checks on garments before and after pressing.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Assist in troubleshooting and minor repairs of equipment as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating a heat press or similar machinery is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Must speak, read and write English
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Basic understanding of garment decoration techniques is a plus.
