Located in St. Petersburg we are looking for someone that has experience in the rental business with daily tickets for repairs to making units ready for rent. Must have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall repairs, hvac and so on. Appliance repairs to stoves, frig and dishwashers. CAMT or EPA certified a plus. Must have a clean drivers license and insurance. Must have a vehicle to travel between properties and carry supplies. Will need to have own tools. Also with the job is on call. We have a rotation where you might have it once every 4 to 6 weeks. Position is full time. M-F 8-4:30. Personal days, sick time, 401K, paid health insurance and vacation time.
