Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
Conduct preventative maintenance on all building systems to ensure optimal performance.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Maintain the exterior of the property including landscaping, pressure washing, and general upkeep.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC systems, ensuring tenant comfort and safety.
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure high-quality service to residents.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in multifamily facilities maintenance with a focus on HVAC systems.
HVAC Certification: EPA Certification preferred.
Skills: Proficient in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Availability: Ability to work on-call as needed.
