Small GC looking for 10-year minimum exp. in residential construction. You must be very good at framing, drywall , painting, flooring, trim carpentry, demolition, light electrical and plumbing, shingle roof repairs. You must have transportation, your own basic tools at a minimum. No cell phone use while at work, (if you smoke anything please do not respond, no chewing and or vaping while on the jobsite. We work in the surrounding area of Tampa Bay
