We are seeking an on-site live-in maintenance person for our small 51-unit Townhome community. Complex is well taken care of, and the residents are very nice. You must be able to interact in a professional manner with fellow residents.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Painting and minor repairs to the interiors of units
Inspecting units for the management office
Communicating with the office in regard to non-compliances
Informing the manager of issues
Cleaning up around dumpsters daily
Picking up any trash around complex
Checking units for leaks
Minor maintenance around complex
Must be honest, dependable, self starter who works independently. Clean criminal record. Anyone residing with you over 18 must undergo a background check. Compensation includes housing of a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit, plus hourly pay. Individual is responsible for their own water, electricity, and cable.
