On Site Maintenance Person for Quaint Townhouse Community
We are looking for an on-site- live in maintenance person for our small 52 unit townhouse community. Complex is well taken care of and residents are very nice. You must be able to interact in a professional manner with fellow residents.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Painting and minor repairs to interiors of units
Inspecting units for management office
Communicating with office in regards to non-compliances
Informing manager of issues
Cleaning up around dumpsters daily
Picking up any trash around complex
Cleaning up pool area and bathrooms
Checking units for leaks
Minor maintenance around complex
Must be honest, dependable, self starter who works independently. Candidate must have a clean criminal and drug record. Anyone residing with you over 18 must also undergo a background check. Compensation includes housing of a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath unit, plus hourly pay. Individual is responsible for their own water, electricity and cable.
