We are seeking a highly skilled TIG Welder with experience in both aluminum and steel to join our fast-paced, customer-centric team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines in an ever-changing environment.
This role is temp-to-hire, full-time, with benefits, potential overtime, and over by the Tampa Bay Fairgrounds.
Responsibilities:
TIG welding on aluminum and steel components for a variety of structures
Reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.
Analyzing processes and suggesting best practices.
Assisting in the shop as needed.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
MUST have TIG welding experience with aluminum and steel and be able to pass a welding performance test.
Ability to read and understand drawings.
Experience with drill press, hand drill, chop saw, and other hand tools.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
