Working superintendent for Room addition and Remodeling contractor. Need to be skilled in frame carpentry, residential codes, trim carpentry and have overall construction knowledge with good communication ability, self-starter and desire a long-term commitment and growth with small company. Must have truck, tools and live in Pinellas County.
