Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Logistics Specialist at Red Fox Medical Courier. The Logistics Specialist will manage the end-to-end delivery process, coordinating with drivers and customers. They will handle order tracking, resolve any delivery issues, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This role requires both on-site work in the Greater Tampa Bay Area and the ability to work remotely.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively coordinate with various drivers simultaneously.
Analytical skills to track and analyze delivery data for optimization
Customer service mindset to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Can do attitude, willing to jump in and help without having to be told exactly how to handle every task after training.
Willing to jump in your car and help drivers if needed, be part of the team in every way.
Hours: Monday-Friday 4:30pm-10pm, and Saturday 8am-noon. These hours are not 100% set in stone, you must have some flexibility to pivot if needed.
The starting hourly rate is $21
