Our Customer Service Representative team assists our drivers and account management teams daily to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and retention. Their communication skills are second to none, and they have a wildly optimistic attitude about interacting with people, both with customers and the other driver teams and clients. Responsibilities of our Customer Service Representative:

Build and maintain a relationship with all assigned customers to help with the longevity of customer accounts

Guide and assist on-route drivers with help on a hourly and daily basis.

Assist in the record-keeping of all customer account information, sales transactions, and conversations regarding product and/or service inquiries

Communicate effectively with the ability to develop relationships with both internal and externally.

Making nightly phone calls to patients waiting for drivers

Requirements and qualities we look for in our next Customer Service Representative:

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required

1-2 years of customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is highly recommended

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Impeccable time management and organizational skills to keep compliant account records and sales transactions

High-caliber communication skills
