The following positions are available:
- Class A CDL Heavy Haul Transport: (Tampa Location) – 25% Commission with minimum pay guarantee.
We are looking for a Class A CDL driver for a local/regional transportation position. We run lowboy, landoll trailers, step-deck, flatbed trailers, as well as heavy-duty rollbacks. Drivers will need to be familiar with or experienced with High, Wide, and Heavy loads. The ideal experienced driver must be able to do the following: Maneuver tractors and trailers into loading or unloading positions, follow signals from the loading crew, and check that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned. Be willing to pull trailers configured with tow bars or gooseneck. Load and unload trucks, or help others with loading and unloading, operating any special loading-related equipment on vehicles, and using other equipment as necessary. Secure equipment for transport, using ropes, blocks, chains, binders, or covers. Operate a multi-axle trailer to facilitate the transportation of heavy equipment. Effectively operate GPS mapping. Work in all weather conditions.
- Light Duty Tow Truck Drivers: (Tampa, Orlando, Clearwater, Zephyrhills, and Lakeland Locations) – 30% Commission
The ideal experienced driver must be able to do the following: Respond to accidents, breakdowns, and other roadside incidents. Stay in contact with motorists when you are en route. Perform basic repairs or tow their vehicle to a garage. Safely load cars onto the back of your truck. Remove illegally parked vehicles. No CDL is required. Experience is required.
- Class A CDL Drivers for Heavy Duty Wrecker: (Tampa Locations) – Starts at 25% commission with a yearly 1% increase (30% cap)
The ideal experienced driver must be able to do the following: Operate Heavy Tow Trucks, Rollback, and Service Trucks to efficiently complete the job assigned. Respond to Florida’s Traffic Incident Management Program, RISC, (Rapid Incident Scene Clearance). Work comfortably and safely at accident scenes in traffic and cooperate well with law enforcement to complete the job assigned. Communicate well with dispatchers and customers. Effectively operate GPS mapping. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Work in all weather conditions.
Pay is Commission and pay structure should not be misconstrued as a salary-paid position.
All drivers must have the following qualifications:
- 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Current DOT Medical Card – For CDL Drivers
- Must be registered in the DOT Clearinghouse – For CDL Drivers
- Must be able to pass a background check /drug test.
- Clean Driving Record
- Possess great Customer Service/Communication Skills
