Staffing company seeks entry level boat trailer assemblers immediately for long time client and F/T opportunity.
Our client is in the boating industry and seeks individuals that posses the following:
- Basic knowledge of hand tools including drills, wrenches, tape measures
- Ability to work and learn with general supervision and make basic quality decisions
- Be able to work with other employees in a teamwork environment
- Prior manufacturing experience helpful but not required
- Ability to learn job and be fully competent
- Ability to show up to work everyday on time with good communication
- Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
This is a busy work environment with a longtime permanent staff. Opportunity for direct hire transition after 90 working days or 520 hours worked. Work place attire is shop attire - shorts or jeans, tee shirt. Bi-weekly payroll via direct deposit required. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background (no felonies).
