Are you organized, detail-oriented, and interested in working? We are looking for a motivated Administrative Helper to support our team with both administrative and hands-on tasks related.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and processing orders, from start to finish.
Maintain accurate records of orders.
Handle communication with clients regarding order status, and delivery timelines.
Provide administrative support for scheduling, invoicing, and customer follow-ups.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering phones, data entry, and organizing materials.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (experience in the screen-printing industry is a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic understanding of screen-printing processes (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team effort.
Clean Driver's License and transportation.
