Busy office in Palm City is currently looking for a Receptionist / Data Entry Clerk. This is a Part-Time position with potential to be Full-Time.
Job Summary:
Receives customers, clients, vendors, employment applicants and other visitors.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Under limited supervision, receives and relays all in-coming telephone calls. May supply information to callers.
- Directs visitors and callers to proper person or department.
- Locate a person when necessary and takes messages.
- May keep records of calls placed and toll charges.
- Performs light clerical tasks, such as typing, filing, and record keeping.
Job Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
