About the job
As our Inside Sales and Call Center Representative you'll be focused on creating a great customer experience for our home remodeling company. We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and friendly person to manage our small projects and handyman business.
This role includes gathering customer project information, compiling estimate within pricing tool/coordinating any details with production team, communicating customer bid, following up bids on a regular cadence via phone/email/SMS, and booking scheduled work on the production calendar.
You will report directly to our General Manager and be supported by a great team/tech. Commissions for this role are uncapped and the opportunity is tremendous for someone highly organized and friendly with customers.
This is a hybrid role with time spent working from home and in our warehouse in Port St. Lucie.

What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
Operate within our systems and technology to provide customers with a high end experience
Be willing to make outbound calls to prospective leads who've shown interest in our services
Lead our customers through an interactive and highly personalized projection completion process
