Seeking a clerical receptionist for the front desk with a pleasant personality who is
willing to learn, multitask, and general office administration.
Must be Self-motivated and have typing and phone skills; some computer skills are required.
General duties include:
Greeting clients at the front desk
Assisting owner/ investor in General office management.
Database entry/management/ Transcription
Creating and managing programs for billing, marketing,
General office duties as assigned
Tech and computer savvy and excellent communication skills are a plus.
Good communication and people skills, as well as organizational and multitasking abilities, are also required.
