PROJECT MANAGER
Compensation: Hourly

We are a very busy Family Owned and Operating Painting contracting company established in 1977.
We are looking to hire a Project Manager for Painting Jobs.
This is a full time position: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm (30 minute lunch break)
This position requires you to:
Have a Clean Driving Record / Driver’s License
Be Able to Pass Background Check
Be Authorized to work in the United States
Have Basic Computer Knowledge
Have Good Communication Skills
Be Bilingual/Spanish (a BIG Plus)
Responsibilities
Create a Good Relationship with Customers and Crew
Manage Job Budgets Accordingly
Be Aware of Project’s Work Order
Take Pictures of our crews, projects and Colors
Communicate with the office and team continuously
Receiving and distributing appropriate materials: to crew and logging in where the materials are allocated to
Other Tasks as they arise
Osha Complaint and Follow safety protocols
