Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients
Handle inbound calls, emails, and client requests in a professional manner
Assist with policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions
Support the agency team with day-to-day office operations
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable with computers and multitasking
Prior customer service experience a plus, but not required
Must be willing to obtain state insurance licensing (we provide guidance)
