Utilize the in-office showroom display effectively during virtual calls to demonstrate product features, finishes, and design possibilities.

Create professional, precise, and aesthetically pleasing custom closet designs using specialized 3D design software.

Develop accurate, detailed proposals and quotes, clearly communicating product specifications, pricing, and installation processes.

Effectively manage a pipeline of leads, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain expert knowledge of all closet materials, hardware, accessories, and system capabilities.

Assist with essential administrative duties required to establish the new business line (e.g., inventory tracking, process documentation, and scheduling support).

Coordinate material ordering and logistics with the warehouse team, ensuring accurate and timely procurement based on design specifications.

Support the creation of training materials and communication plans for field teams regarding the new closet program.

Organize and maintain the virtual showroom space, ensuring all samples and displays are current and clean.

3. Cross-Functional Support & Administration

Provide temporary administrative and operational support to established departments (e.g. Customer Service) to fill the full-time role capacity during the initial ramp-up phase.

Duties may include resolving general service inquiries, managing support documentation and workflow, and assisting with light operational tasks as directed by the division lead or partnering department manager.
