Member Retention Specialist – Health Insurance Office

About the role:
You will call existing members to help them make missed payments and keep their coverage active. This position is all about clear communication, empathy, and guiding members through simple next steps so they do not lose important benefits.
What you’ll do:
-Make outbound calls to members with overdue or missed payments
-Explain payment options and assist with next steps
-Process updates and document outcomes in the system
-Follow compliance scripts and privacy standards
-Provide calm, professional support and escalate issues when needed
What you’ll bring:
-Clear speaking voice and confident phone presence
-Active listening, patience, and problem-solving
-Basic computer skills and fast, accurate data entry
-Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
-Call center or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
