Ability to troubleshoot issues with Windows desktops and related components
Previous experience with Windows 10 and 11 on laptops and desktops
Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and OS
Basic understanding of networks
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Able to work in a high pressure environment and support end users in an enterprise environment
Understanding of how to work under an SLA
ServiceNow and JIRA ticketing experience is a plus
Must be driven, passionate, and willing to learn
