As a Payroll Specialist you will process time records, compile payroll statistics, maintains payroll control records, and calculate payrolls by performing the following duties.Key Responsibilities: Administers and processes the company’s semi-monthly (multi-state) payroll in a timely manner.Administers and processes Australian bi- weekly payroll in a timely manner.Maintains confidential and secure payroll records and files.Ensures confidentially of private employee information.Records payroll data including employee contact information, pay rates, commissions, taxes, withholdings, garnishments, and bank account information into computerized payroll system.Reviews and approves payroll deductions.Calculates employee commissions and maintains database.Reviews payroll to ensure accuracy.Adjusts errors and complaints.Distributes semi-monthly payroll check stubs and live checks on a timely basis.Audits, inputs coding, processes and pays all travel and expense reports.Reviews and issues required government paperwork such as W-2’s.Assists employees, vendors, clients, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services.
