An Engineering company is looking for an Assistant to our Environmental Engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of scheduling, preparation of proposal, draft report, and general office duties and managing the Environmental Department.
REQUIREMENTS:
Required Qualifications
3-4+ years of Office Administration experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in customer service, and office administrative
Excellent computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing programs as well as email.
Effective organizational and communication skills
Detail Oriented and operates with a sense of urgency
Ability to work in high stress conditions
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Customer service
Internal documents and databases
Preparation of proposal, scheduling the inspection and managing the department
Interact with clients and vendors in a professional manner
Assist with the projects
Internet research
FULL TIME POSTION/ IMMIDIATE HIRING 9AM-5PM.
