We are seeking a responsible and proactive Field Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This role will involve working both in the office and in the field, ensuring smooth operations and communication across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise field work and coordinate with the office team.
Write detailed reports and assist with paperwork.
Communicate effectively with subcontractors and clients.
Organize schedules and ensure deadlines are met.

Support the sales process, pitching services to potential clients and properties.
Qualifications:
Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Confident and outgoing, with the ability to sell and negotiate.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and office tools.
Experience in project management or supervision is a plus.
Must be highly organized and responsible.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute break.
Compensation:
Competitive weekly pay, based on experience and qualifications. There is flexibility for negotiation if the candidate brings additional skills or knowledge.
