We're looking for a TECH-SAVVY, ORGANIZED, DETAIL ORIENTED person to help us streamline operations and drive sales both IN-STORE and ONLINE. Interest in CYCLING will make this position super interesting as applicant must spend first few months learning the business, the POS system, the products and Workstand to be effective.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- INVENTORY CONTROL - maintain accurate inventory in ASCEND Point of Sale system and match with live inventory on website
- RECEIVING - PERPETUAL INVENTORY - physically verify in stock items before receiving new ones
-JUST-IN TIME PURCHASING - work with Manager to reorder best selling items
-ONLINE ORDER PROCESSING - Fulfill orders from our website
-COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS - answer online inquiries PROMPTLY and provide accurate info
-WEBSITE ACCURACY - remove out of stock items and coordinate with our Website provider
MARKETING PROMOTIONS - collaborate with owner/manager to feature SPECIALS.
