Description:
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to assist with daily operations for our commercial maintenance and construction projects throughout Florida. This role focuses on organizing job details, communicating with field technicians, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate work orders from start to completion
Communicate with clients, vendors, and technicians to confirm scope, scheduling, and materials
Review photos, notes, and reports to ensure all information is complete and accurate
Create and send estimates and invoices (training provided)
Track material purchases and labor hours
Follow up on open work orders and update client portals as needed
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
Familiarity with maintenance or construction terminology is a plus
Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Excel, PDF editing, etc.)
Reliable and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional flexibility for urgent projects)
Compensation based on experience
