Join a reputable insurance company in Kendall! We’re seeking a full-time 2-20 Licensed Insurance Agent with 2 years of industry experience who is bilingual in Spanish and English. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Compensation:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour plus commission. Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week).
Responsibilities:
-Assist clients with insurance needs (policy renewals, endorsements, claims).
-Have experience working with property and casualty insurance.
-Provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships.
-Cross-sell and upsell insurance products.
-Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
-Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Qualifications:
-Active 2-20 insurance license (required).
-2–3 years of insurance industry experience.
-Bilingual in Spanish and English.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
