The Beamline Paint Stacking is responsible for pre-assembling racking frames and products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a production/assembly team. Job DescriptionResponsible for motivating and ensuring everyone works according to the QSHE standards to ensure that all work is done in a safe, efficient, and qualitative way. Complies with the goals of Lean and continuous improvements within the company. Acting as challenger that all executed activities and processes follow QSHE standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation. Adhering to safety regulations, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring materials are replenished. Assemble parts and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules Operate and safely handle power tools, including torque wrenches and other hand tools Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards Perform visual and functional inspections of assembled frames Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies Maintain a clean and organized work area Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to lead Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Load and unload assembly cells using electric-pallet mover
