Business Ops Analyst

The Operations Analyst acts as a 3rd party objective contributor that works to improve business efficiency, productivity and risk mitigation by identifying, configuring and developing operational solutions. This valued team member works closely with internal teams, clients, and corporate resources to take a comprehensive approach to ensure adherence to contractual, legal and financial service level agreements. This role is also responsible for providing high-level analysis regarding operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement. Additional responsibilities include:Subject Matter Expertise (SME) Categories

Provide direction and consultation to the business on available reporting to help make impactful decisions to drive success and visibility

Design process efficiencies while driving technology and process adoption

Liaise with corporate counterparts for best practices and troubleshooting of issues

SLA and KPI monitoring and improvement

Consult with business and sales on service engagements

Compliance

Monitor and report on non-compliant payroll and hiring practices within each client

SLA and KPI monitoring and improvement recommendations

Delivery and Process

Takes part in the creation of client and talent information hubs and content for each deployment

Champion new technology and innovation projects and initiates best practices lead, SME or direct contributor.

In conjunction with the Solution Delivery Consultant/Manager the Analyst will assist on all Smartsheet activities for Business Operations, management/maintenance, builds, solutions and troubleshooting

Project Work

May lead project teams and monitor project milestones to ensure achievement of commitments; may track and report on project status

Manage and/or participate in projects and initiates as best practice lead, SME or direct contributor

Implementation Support

Assist to capture client requirements and customize solutions in conjunction with implementations, technology, and program support teams

Assist in data collection, management, and analysis to drive forward implementation activities including data preparation

Take action on data analysis that is consistent with positive implementation and onboarding experience while keeping with the talent experience

In partnership with the Solutions Delivery Consultant/Manager the Analyst will organize a sound handoff to the operations team following implementation (will include operations playbook, process documentation and a compliant framework to onboard talent via VMS and/or Front Office)

Job Requirements

Excellent presentation skills used in delivering training, updates and process improvement materials

Demonstrated continuous improvement, process documentation, and workflow skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines while maintaining quality

Ability to synthesize and analyze information and ideas

Strong drive and commitment to delivering outstanding results

Effective time management skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Technical skills

Training in process improvement methodologies highly preferred

Project management skills highly preferred

Experience with Smartsheet and Zoomforth a plus

VMS/Applicant tracking knowledge a plus

Excellent working knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office tools including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint with knowledge macros and pivot tables.
