Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Alpharetta, Georgia. In this role, you will be entering and updating data into company databases and systems, verifying data by comparing it to source documents, and maintaining and organizing files, documents, and records. This role is in the telecom industry and requires skills in data entry, customer service, email correspondence, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.Responsibilities: Enter and update data into company databases and systems accurately and efficiently Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correcting any errors Maintain and organize files, documents, and records in a systematic manner Perform regular data quality checks to ensure data integrity Collaborate with team members to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies Generate reports and perform data analysis as required Follow company procedures and guidelines for data entry and management Assist in the development and implementation of data entry processes and best practices Handle sensitive information confidentially and with discretion Use your skills in Microsoft Excel and Word to perform calculations, organize files, and manage data.Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role Proficiency in 10 Key Skills Strong customer service skills Experience with data entry tasks Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience in organizing files Ability to perform calculations accurately Experience in scanning documents Good typing speed and accuracy.
