HR AssociateCategory:Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United StatesThis position provides first-line general HR support to employees, managers, and HR business partners in the areas of talent acquisition, learning and development, talent management, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, and workforce planning & analytics.Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of assigned HR programs by providing data analysis, headcount reporting, dashboard management and attrition/retention trending to support the overall HR function
Implement, project-manage and communicate ongoing company-wide initiatives such as engagement survey planning, talent calibration and management reviews, recognition program, employee onboarding, and career development
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports
Partner closely with HR team members to streamline internal processes
Work with Finance and Accounts Payable to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
Special projects as assigned
Job Requirements
BA/BS in business, human resources, or related field
1-3 yrs related work experience
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Acute attention to detail
Strong project management skills
Solid analytical skills
Highly proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint
